I have been ridiculously busy but I've decided not to neglect this blog anymore. I've been posting a lot over at Young, Black, and Conservative but I want to keep this blog updated too.
Well, basically, school has commenced and I haven't had time to breathe. For real. We're in the middle of IM competitions for Mock Trial. I've got a great team but I will be so glad when this is over.
My daughter is enjoying her time at Chiles High School. We'll be working on her coming out at the talent show in January.
My son is still the athlete. He's playing Pop Warner this year but I wish I had let him tryout for Deerlake Middle School's team. If we are still in Tallahassee he will play for them next year.
I'm happy and loving life. I'm excited about the future and about what the future holds for me.
Pray my strength in the Lord.
