I am so, so, so excited about what I see happening in my life. I don't mean I see it literally. I see it in my mind and in my spirit. I feel in my belly that great things are on the horizon for me and my family. I thank God in advance for the things that He has done, is doing, and will do. I love Him.

When God told Moses that He would use him to set His people free, Moses did not believe he was qualified. He talked about his shortcomings and disabilities. How could he stand against Pharaoh? God asked Moses, "What is in your hand?" All Moses had was a stick and with that stick Moses did great things.

As I have already stated in the "About Me" section, I am in law school and my ultimate goal is to own a highly successful and lucrative Sports and Entertainment Management firm. While I was working out the other day, I was meditating on my future in that field. I don't have any connections or contacts and I need to know how I can get them. And then it hit me. I have to use what I do have. My voice. I can sing and I can also act. I have to use what I have to get what I want. So I prepared an application for a local audition here in Tallahassee. And I've decided to become what I want to represent. I want to represent athletes, so I am becoming one. I'm training to run the 4x100 in the parent relay on July 14th. (Y'all pray for me 'cause a sista really need to get in shape). I want to represent entertainers so I am going on auditions. This will open the sports and entertainment world for me. I can get Entertainment Industry contacts by doing what I can do...singing. Either this will open the door for me to get clients or I will make it big as an entertainer or Both.

So many times, we fail to attempt great things because of what we think we don't have. But my question to you is the question God asked Moses: "What is in your hand?" What talents do you have? What do you have at your disposal that you can use? Take what you got and work it, baby. What you think is nothing may be the very thing that opens great doors.
